SPS provides a wide variety of manufacturing services that support the production of boilers, turbines spares (steam & gas), pollution control systems and Control & Instrumentation systems.
We manufacture/supply of various type of Boilers viz., AFBC, BFBC, Traveling Grate, WHRB, HRSG, CFBC Boilers, and Pulverised Coal Fired Boilers. We also manufacture and supply Spare Parts for all types of Boilers like Fans, Electrostatic Precipitators ESP, Fuel and Ash Handling Systems.
We supply all types of steam turbines viz., Back Pressure Turbines, Condensing Turbines, Extraction cum Condensing Turbines, Deaerators, Feed Water Heaters (LP/HP), Water and Air Cooled Condenser, Oil & Generator Coolers. We also supply Spare Parts for Steam Turbines like Blades, Diaphragms, Glands & Seals, Fasteners, and Bearings.
We manufacture and supply Industrial Grade Pollution Control Systems. We also supply Spare Parts of Pollution Control Equipment viz., Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP), Dust Extraction and Suppression Systems, Baghouses/Bag Filters, Wet Scrubber / Ventury Scrubber, Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP).
We have experience with Control Philosophy of all leading DCS manufacturers like Emerson, ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa, Invensys, Metso etc. and our Engineers are highly skilled to provide Design, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning of DCS Systems. We have strategic tie-up with these leading companies to undertake turnkey contracting of C&I Systems. We are also into stocking of Control Instruments to meet Customer’s emergency requirements of C&I Spare Parts.
